Meet the low rider, ROSCOE!
Roscoe sure doesn't look like a cocker spaniel but one thing we can all agree on . . . he is super duper cute! Look at those short legs and long body! What is he? Basset? Doxie? Corgi? Is his head Clumber? Oh who cares because they don't come much more adorable than this, right?

Roscoe came into the shelter with a doggie friend named Sally, whom also has short legs and a long body. They can be adopted as a pair or as individual doggies. Roscoe doesn't mind passive female dogs but he seems to get nervous and barky around male dogs. We wonder if perhaps he just didn't ever get much dog experience besides his friend Sally? For this reason, we think Roscoe would be best to avoid dog parks and just have outings where there are not a lot of male dogs to make him nervous. Maybe an obedience class might really help to boost his confidence level and give him some more positive exposure to boy dogs? We know that someone is going to come along and see what a special boy he is and give him a chance.
