Lady was turned in to a high kill shelter by her owner whom didn't want to pay to get her cherry eyes fixed. She was dirty and matted and looked like she had not had a bath or grooming in years. Lady was so sad, not understanding why her owner would neglect her all these years and then leave her like this. The first day out of the shelter, Lady got a doggie makeover and we couldn't even believe our own eyes! She looked nothing like the dog we rescued! She is stunning, just stunning! Her fur is soft and silky, she has the prettiest coloring and marking. Her cherry eye is going to get fixed by our vet when she gets spayed. She is friendly, outgoing, knows how to sit for a treat. We just can't believe someone gave her up but their loss is going to be some future adopter's gain!
