Talk about a looker, oh boy! This boy has the good looks on the outside AND on the inside! He is a gentle loving affectionate boy who craves being a part of his human pack. He may need a home where someone is around a lot or a home with other dogs to keep him company. He has a little bit of separation anxiety but his foster mom, Kim, is doing wonders with him and doing some of the Cesar Milan methods. Whomever adopts him should be prepared to continue working on creating safety and security for Crosby so he doesn't ever again have to worry about being left behind or abandoned at a shelter.

He is so gentle and cooperative when you take food from him or when you offer him food or treats, so gentle. His eyes look at you with such expression, as if he were about to speak to you and tell you about all of the things he has been through and worries about. He just wants to love you and be loved and feel secure and safe with you. We want to make sure that whomever adopts this sweet heart really can make a lifelong commitment to him because we don't know if his heart can taking getting broken one more time. Notice in his pictures how he always has his paw touching you. Crosby has so much love to give and he just wants to tap you with his paw to remind you. We wonder if he might have some Welsh Springer Spaniel in him because of his coloring? We don't really care that he is not a cocker spaniel, we just think he is cute as can be!
