Cherie is drop dead one hundred percent GORGEOUS! Oh my dawg! Who wouldn't want this little darling of a girl? Well, guess what? She was a "gift" to someone and when they didn't want the gift that came with fifteen years of responsibility and commitment attached to it, where did she end up going? To the shelter of course! Luckily, another rescuer saw her owners turning her in to the Bakersfield Shelter and was able to intercept just in the nick of time. Cherie deserves a forever home with someone who really really wants her and wants to make a life long commitment to her. She is a little shy in new situations and you can tell she has not gotten out much in the world. However she has a very sweet temperament and is going to be such a lovely dog for some very lucky adopter! Are you that someone special that Cherie has been waiting for?
