Barney was saved just in time by his foster mom who drove far to get him out of a high kill shelter. This young boy might only be two or three years old and he has such a sweet nature that we are so grateful he has joined Camp Cocker and had his life spared. We know that whomever gets to adopt this boy is in for one really amazing dog! Barney also goes by Buddy (or Barney Buddy) and lately, his new nick name is "The Goose" which just really makes us laugh more than anything.

Barney is currently in a foster home with other doggies and is learning housetraining (his foster parents take him out every several hours). He goes to the dog park and loves to be social and make new doggie friends everywhere he goes. He seems to enjoy children that he meets in public and we think he is just an all around great little dog!
